Enemas can be very helpful, especially if a child seems ‘stuck’ or extremely sensitive and reactive to just about everything.

Many people find this an unpleasant procedure to do for their child. However, it can be really effective to help unclog really stuck waste in the colon.

Use a warm water with salt, which creates a saline solution. Use 1 tsp of sea salt with 1 L of purified (ideally distilled) water.
