I am searching for more help to have my 6 year old son poop every day...we've been using magnesium for the last 3 years but I really need more options so we don't depend on magnesium any more since he is getting bigger and complaining more every day abut this supplement...I can see how he changes his humor as soon as we have more than 24 hours without going to the bathroom...

Would like to confirm how many water ounces you recommend each day...he does drink a lot of water but maybe still not enough
