@J J You can search on YouTube for Queen of the Thrones, clean castor oil pack. Dr. Marisol has a brief video showing how to clean it. You use baking soda and some soap (I always use Dr. Bronners, which I use for everything), soak overnight and then rinse out. She has the specific amounts and more details in that video.
